Move freely while wearing. Non-toxic, latex-free, washable. For mild support: Sit in chair with knee in slight flexed position. Align centerline of support through the knee cap. Wrap straps directly above and below the knee cap and directly over top each other. Fasten with hook to plush strap as desired. This will give you more knee flexibilty during activity.
